The birth of EPIC GRILLE actually started over 30 years ago as two men sat at a dining room table and started dreaming aloud of a restaurant combining their two epic talents. One went on to culinary school to achieve his epic desires, the other continued on with restaurant management for various establishments looking for the best answers to some epic questions. These best friends stayed in touch even though parted by several hundred miles and the conversations always gravitated back to how they would end up running a restaurant together.
The opportunity came for Dave and Tracie to expand their successful catering business in North Texas by opening an upscale restaurant in Azle. Both Dave and Tracie knew that any good restaurant has to have great food but, an EPIC restaurant has to have an equally epic Chef. Dave knew of only one Chef that would be able to conquer this task so, a phone call was placed to Ed and EPIC history is made.
The management of the restaurant will be handled by Dave and Tracie, and the Kitchen will be in the capable hands of Ed.
